Corporate, Private Group & Team Experiences are customized reformer Pilates sessions designed for businesses, organizations, sports teams, friend/family groups, and private parties looking for a unique wellness-focused experience together. This will be a 45-minute reformer pilates workout session but will be scheduled as an hour for some added time to go over the reformer and so you don't feel rushed to leave.
These sessions focus on controlled, intentional movement while promoting strength, mobility, posture, balance, coordination, and overall body awareness. Classes can be tailored to the goals and needs of your group whether the focus is stress relief, recovery, beginner-friendly movement, or a more challenging full-body workout. |
